PRE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
We look forward to serving you!
YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL. We would like your carpet
cleaning appointment to be as convenient as possible. We need your
assistance to make the areas you want cleaned as accessible as possible.
The following guidelines should be observed in preparing for the
best carpet cleaning ever:
 1.
Please have all small debris, toys, papers, off areas to be serviced.
No need to vacuum as we will do a very thorough vacuum cleaning
before we clean.
2. Remove all breakable items from the cleaning
area and store in a safe area (lamps, collectibles, etc.)
3. Other than large furniture, remove all items from the
floor (waste baskets, brief cases, toys, etc.). Light chairs
(i.e. dining room chairs) should be removed as well. Pin up bed
spreads, dust ruffles and drapes.
4. We are will move large furniture as long as it is prepared
properly, i.e.; no electronics, and items are cleared
off as well as any and all breakables are removed from the piece.
Please note there will be a charge for moving some larger pieces
such as; Dressers, beds, buffets, china cabinets, pianos (we do
not recommend this as it will in all likelihood set the piano out
of tune, for which we will not be held responsible) armoires, and
entertainment center. We reserve the right to decline to move anything
we deem unwise, or otherwise unsafe to move.
5. Medium-sized furniture (i.e. tables, coffee
tables, end tables, wing chairs, recliners, sofas) will be moved
by our techs, the area cleaned, and returned to their location.
When the furniture is returned, we will place protective padding
under furnishings with wood or metal feet to protect the carpet
and the furniture.
6. Please make a parking space available near
the entry and free of obstructions (vehicles, bikes, flower pots,
etc.)
7. It’s very important that you point out all areas
of concern, before we clean to get the best results possible.
We realize that some spots/stains may stand out like a sore thumb
to you, however that same area that’s been bothering you for
months/years has only been presented to us for moments, so we need
to know what your expectations are, so we can do our best to meet
them.
8. Finally, we will treat your carpet and furnishings with
